1. Role of Canavibe

Canavibe is responsible for:

• Order processing
• Customer support
• Return approvals
• Refund processing
• Reverse logistics coordination

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• The seal is not broken
• The product is not damaged due to misuse

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products unsealed after delivery (hygiene reasons)
• Products nearing expiry
• Personalized or customized products
• Discounted / sale items

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email:

support@canavibe.in

Include:

• Order ID
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Images of the product (if damaged)

Our team will approve the return and arrange reverse pickup where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by Canavibe support.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Canavibe:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@canavibe.in for immediate resolution.

8. Mandatory Legal Disclaimer

This product is not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 21.
This product should be used only as directed on the label.
