2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:

• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• The seal is not broken
• The product is not damaged due to misuse

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products unsealed after delivery (hygiene reasons)
• Products nearing expiry

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email:

• Order ID
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Images of the product (if damaged)

Our team will approve the return and arrange reverse pickup where applicable.

5. Return Shipping

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by Canvedic support.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by Canvedic:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to support@canvedic.in for immediate resolution.

8. Product Responsibility Disclaimer

All products sold on Canvedic are manufactured by Aqua Herbals. Any concerns regarding:

• Side effects
• Medical claims

fall under the responsibility of Aqua Herbals.

9. Mandatory Legal Disclaimer
